This page explains how to delete your account for Welcome TV: Guest Screen by The Wasim, and the data that goes with it.
How to delete your account
- Email [email protected] from the email address you signed up with.
- Use the subject “Delete my Welcome TV account”.
- We’ll confirm by email and delete your account and its data within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your host account (email and name)
- All your properties, with their Wi-Fi details, house rules and photos
- Connected calendar links
- Bookings and guest names
- Linked TV records
Nothing is kept, except anything the law requires us to keep. Welcome TV has no paid plans today, so there are no billing records.
Deleting some data without deleting your account
In the dashboard at tv.thewasim.com you can:
- delete a booking;
- delete a property, which removes that property’s data;
- unlink a TV, which detaches it from the property.
Uninstalling the app from a TV removes everything it stored on that TV.
